We're looking to bring on a Contracts Manager as soon as possible.

This is a direct-hire position, with a salary range of $85,000-$95,000 annually, depending on experience.
This is a fully on-site role in Valencia CA.

Duties include:

• Negotiation and execution of contract terms and conditions
• Review, complete, and approve customer forms
• Review and interpret instructions received with contract bid RFQs and communicate requirements to the appropriate internal teams
• Prepare preliminary terms and conditions language for contract bid RFQ responses
• Prepare, review, amend, negotiate, and maintain contract documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in contract management
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
